1-1 Video Call Training

Why This Plan?

Most people do not fail because they lack willpower. They fail because nobody is watching — the knee caves on the tenth rep and no one says so, the diet is guessed at, and eight weeks later the mirror has not moved. This plan removes the guessing. You train on a live video call with a coach certified under Nirbhay, on his system and to his standard, with a diet built around your body, your routine and your kitchen. Every session watched, every number tracked, every week adjusted. It is the safest way to train hard, and the reason it is the plan we point result-driven people towards.

What You Get

1-1 Video Call Training — 1 hour a session, 3 or 5 days a week, with a coach certified under Nirbhay. Your form is watched in real time, not reviewed from a clip afterwards.
A Customised Diet — built around your body, your medical history, your working hours and the food actually available to you. Veg, non-veg, vegan, eggetarian, Jain, no onion-garlic, allergies and fasting days are all accommodated.
Weekly Check-ins — weight, measurements and progress photos reviewed every week, with the plan adjusted on what the numbers say rather than on a fixed template.
Progress You Can See — your weight trend, measurement deltas and photo comparison, tracked in the app from week one so progress is a chart and not a feeling.
Programming That Progresses — load, volume and intensity move week over week on a structure, so month two is not month one repeated.
Train From Anywhere — home, a commercial gym or a hotel room. The session is built around the equipment you actually have that day.

How A Week Runs

Before you start: an onboarding call and a health questionnaire — history, injuries, medication, blood work if you have it, food preferences, working hours.
Day one: your diet and training plan are explained to you, not just sent to you.
Training days: a fixed 1-hour slot you keep, 3 or 5 days a week. Your coach is on the call for all of it.
Non-training days: activity, step and recovery targets — the plan does not stop on the days you do not lift.
End of week: check-in submitted, coach reviews, and next week’s training and diet are adjusted from it.

Who This Is For

Anyone who wants a result and wants to arrive at it safely — first-timers who have never held a barbell, people coming back after years away, and people who have trained for a while and stopped progressing. It suits anybody training at home who does not want a gym floor, anyone carrying an old injury who needs eyes on their form, and anyone over 50 for whom supervised technique is the difference between progress and a setback. If you have a medical condition, this is the plan built to work around it rather than ignore it.

3 Days Or 5 Days — Which One

Three days a week (₹19,999/month) is the honest starting point for most people: it is enough stimulus to change your body and it survives a busy week, which is what makes people stick to it. Five days a week (₹21,999/month) suits you if your schedule is predictable, you recover well, and you want the faster curve — more sessions means more coached reps and more chances to fix technique. You can start on three and move to five; nobody is locked in.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the 1-1 Video Call Training

What exactly am I paying for, and is the fee monthly?
It is a monthly fee — ₹19,999 a month for 3 days a week (12 live sessions) or ₹21,999 a month for 5 days a week (20 live sessions). Each session is a private 1-hour video call. The fee also covers your customised diet, weekly check-ins and progress tracking. You pay one month at a time. There is no auto-debit, no lock-in, and continuing into the next month is your decision, not an automatic renewal.
Who actually takes the sessions — is it Nirbhay himself?
Your live sessions are taken by coaches certified under Nirbhay, trained on his system and held to his standard. Nirbhay built the programming, the diet framework and the progression logic, and his team works to it. If you specifically want Nirbhay personally on every call, that is his 1-on-1 LIVE Personal Training plan, which is a different product at a different price — message us and we will send it to you.
How are the sessions conducted?
Private 1-on-1 video calls over Google Meet or Zoom, at a fixed slot you keep each week. You need a phone or laptop, a stable connection, and enough space to move. Your coach watches every set, counts reps with you, corrects your form as it happens and changes the plan mid-session if something is not working that day.
What if I miss a session?
Tell us in advance and we reschedule it within the same week wherever the calendar allows. Life happens — travel, work, illness, a bad night’s sleep. What we ask is that you say so rather than go quiet, because a missed session we know about gets moved, and one we do not know about is just a wasted hour for both of us.
I have never trained before. Will I be out of my depth?
No — this is the best possible way to start. A beginner’s single biggest risk is learning bad technique alone and hardening it into an injury. Your first sessions are movement, breathing and the basic patterns, with load added only once the pattern is right. You will not be handed an advanced split on day one.
Is this suitable for women?
Yes, and a large share of our clients are women. Training is programmed around female physiology — intensity managed across your cycle, and specific handling for PCOS, thyroid concerns and post-pregnancy goals. Because it is a private video call from wherever you are, you train without a gym floor watching, which is exactly why many women choose this over a commercial gym. If you would prefer a female coach, ask us before you join and we will arrange it where availability allows.
Is this suitable for men?
Yes. Most male clients come in for one of three things — losing the stomach, building visible muscle, or getting strong again after years at a desk — and the programme is built for all three. What changes between people is the diet and the progression, not the level of attention.
I am over 50. Is this safe for me?
Yes, and supervised training is arguably the safest form of training at this stage, which is the whole argument for this plan over a video library. Form breakdown is caught before it becomes an injury. Programming prioritises joint health, mobility, balance, bone density and holding on to muscle, and it accounts for blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol and anything you are prescribed. We start conservatively and earn the load.
I am significantly overweight. Will I be able to keep up?
You will not be asked to. The first weeks are built around what your joints can take today — low-impact work, controlled range, seated and supported variations where standing ones are not sensible yet — and the diet does the early heavy lifting. Nobody is pushed into burpees on day one to prove a point.
I have diabetes, thyroid, PCOS, high blood pressure or high cholesterol. Can I join?
Yes, and these are among the most common conditions we work with. Tell us at onboarding, share recent blood work if you have it, and keep taking whatever your doctor has prescribed. Your diet is then built around the condition rather than in spite of it — carbohydrate timing and load for blood sugar, sodium for blood pressure, fibre and fat quality for cholesterol, and training intensity managed accordingly. We coach alongside your doctor. We do not replace them, and we will never ask you to stop a medication.
I have a kidney condition. Can I still do a high-protein diet?
This one needs your doctor before it needs us. Protein is the exact variable that matters in kidney disease, and the right amount depends on your stage and your latest reports — it is not a number we should guess at. Bring your nephrologist’s guidance on protein, sodium, potassium and phosphorus, and your diet will be written inside those limits, with training scaled to your energy and blood pressure. If your doctor has not given you a protein ceiling, ask for one before you start. We will not write you a standard high-protein plan because it is what everybody else gets.
I have had surgery recently — knee, shoulder, hernia, spine or a C-section. Can I train?
We need written clearance from your surgeon or physiotherapist saying you may begin resistance training, and any movements they want avoided. With that in hand, we work around the site — unaffected limbs and patterns continue, the healing area is loaded only in the range you have been cleared for, and progression follows your physio’s timeline rather than ours. If you are still in active rehab, finish that first. A live coach is the right person to train you afterwards, not the person to replace your physiotherapist.
I have an old injury, or ongoing back, knee or shoulder pain. Is this safe?
Say so at onboarding and be specific about what aggravates it. Training is then built from movements that do not provoke it, with the surrounding musculature strengthened deliberately. This is precisely where live coaching earns its price: an old injury usually resurfaces because form degrades under fatigue, in the last two reps, where a recorded programme cannot see you and a coach on a call can.
I have a heart condition, or have had a cardiac event. Can I join?
Cardiologist clearance first, without exception, including any limit they set on heart rate or intensity. With that, training stays inside those limits and the diet is written for your lipid profile, sodium and weight targets. If you have been prescribed cardiac rehab, complete it under that supervision first.
I am pregnant, trying to conceive, or recently gave birth. Can I train?
Pregnancy and the postpartum period need your obstetrician’s clearance, and we follow whatever they specify. Post-delivery we start with breathing, core re-education and pelvic floor work before anything is loaded, and we do not chase weight loss while you are feeding. If you are trying to conceive, training and nutrition are set to support that rather than run an aggressive deficit against it.
How personalised is the diet, really?
It is written for you, not picked from a folder. It starts from your body metrics, your goal, your medical history and blood work, your working and sleeping hours, your budget, your region and who cooks in your house. Veg, non-veg, vegan, eggetarian, Jain, no onion-garlic, allergies and religious fasting are all accommodated, and it is built from food you can actually get where you live. It is then adjusted every week from your check-in, so it changes as your body does.
I travel a lot or eat out often. Does the diet survive that?
Yes, because one that does not survive a real week is not worth writing. You get hotel and restaurant options, what to order and what to leave, and a simple structure for the days you cannot control the kitchen. Tell your coach the week before you travel and the plan is adjusted around it rather than abandoned for it.
Do I have to take supplements?
No. The plan is built to work on food first, and most people do not need more than that. If something is genuinely worth adding for your situation, your coach will say what and why, and will equally tell you when an expensive product is not worth your money. Nothing here depends on you buying anything else.
I train at home. What equipment do I need?
You can start with nothing but floor space. A set of dumbbells or resistance bands widens what is possible, and access to a gym widens it further, but the session is built around what you have in the room that day. Tell us at onboarding and the programme is written to it — you will not be handed exercises for a rack you do not own.
I live outside India. Can I join?
Yes — we coach clients across the UAE, UK, US, Canada, Australia, Singapore and beyond. International payments are enabled, your session slot is fixed to your time zone, and your diet is built around ingredients available in your country rather than Indian staples you would have to hunt for.
What language are the sessions in?
English or Hindi, whichever you are more comfortable with. Tell us at onboarding and you will be matched accordingly.
What results should I honestly expect in one month?
In a month, done properly: noticeably better technique, better energy and sleep, a measurable change on the tape, and for most people a few kilos moved in the right direction. What one month does not do is finish a transformation. The people who change the most are the ones who stay for three to six months and let the programming compound. Anybody promising you a dramatic body in four weeks is selling you something.
Can I switch between 3 days and 5 days?
Yes, at the start of any new month. Many people begin with three days to see how it fits their week and move to five once the habit is set. Moving the other way is equally fine — a plan you keep at three days beats one you abandon at five.
Can I continue after the first month?
Yes, and most people do. Renewal is monthly and deliberate: you decide each month, there is no auto-debit and no contract. Your programming carries forward, so the next month builds on what you have already earned rather than restarting.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your health details, blood work, photos and measurements are seen by your coach and the team working on your plan, and nowhere else. We do not publish anybody’s before-and-after without asking first, and the answer being no changes nothing about your plan.
What if I do not get along with my coach?
Tell us and we will reassign you. Coaching only works if you are honest with the person on the other end of the call, and that is hard with someone you have not clicked with. There is no awkwardness in asking.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are considered for duplicate payments and technical errors, subject to verification — the full terms are on our Cancellation and Refund Policy page. Since this is a monthly plan with no auto-debit, the practical protection is that you are only ever committed to the month you have paid for. If something is not working, tell us during the month rather than at the end of it: most problems are a coach change or a plan change, and both are free.
I still have a question before I join. Who do I ask?
Use the Get Sales Support button on the programme card and message us on WhatsApp. Ask the awkward questions — about your condition, your schedule, your budget, whether this is even the right plan for you. We would rather tell you honestly that something else fits better than sell you a month you will not finish.
