By accessing or using our Website, the App or our Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Website or Services.

Section 3: Services and Products

• Digital products (eBooks, workout plans, meal plans) are delivered electronically and are non-transferable.
• Coaching and subscription-based services are delivered online unless otherwise specified.
• Access to purchased products or subscriptions is granted only to the registered user.

Section 4: Your Account and the App

• Buying a programme creates an account for you at app.fitandnirbhay.com, using the email address you give us at checkout. That is where your programme is delivered.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and sign-in codes confidential, and for everything done under your account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared, resold, or transferred.
• Coached programmes require you to complete an intake questionnaire in the App. Your plan is written from what you tell us, so you must give information that is accurate and complete, and tell us promptly if your health, medication, or injuries change.
• Photographs, blood reports, prescriptions, and other documents you upload are optional. You confirm that anything you upload is your own and that you are entitled to share it with us.
• Weekly check-ins open on a schedule and close after the stated window. A check-in you do not submit in time is recorded as missed and cannot be reopened.
• We handle everything you upload in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or close an account that is shared, used to redistribute our material, or used in breach of these Terms.

Section 5: Payments

• Payments must be completed at the time of purchase.
• We use third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay) for secure processing. We do not store sensitive financial information.
• By completing a purchase, you agree to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
